I've replaced my dying PC with a laptop. Now I can't find the option which allows the camera to move with my mouse, I have to use the arrow keys which I find cumbersome.

Please can anyone help?

For D:OS, 'Enable edge panning' is in the Game section of the options, near the bottom.
