So decided to have another play-through, this time with a mage, i did not know how cool they are.

Anyway, The Meteor Strike spell does not seem to work on Boars (Cannot Attack). Anyone else experienced this issue?

I have the latest 1.0061A version.

EDIT : Oh, nevermind, i was too quick to blame. It seems it does not work when "combat mode" is off -- works for other types of foes though.

Actually the latest version is 1.0062A, containing the music fix.

IIRC a few people had problems targeting boars with magic. I think if you hit them with a weapon first you can target them with magic (or, as you found, disable combat mode), but a quick search wasn't helpful refreshing my memory (too many hits for the Blue Boar inn, or the transformed boar quest in the Dark Forest).

It's amazing how this game is still supported after all these years (and it should be, it's one of the great pillars in the RPG community), you guys are awesome.
