As a mage putting all his stats into agility and strength until level 30, I hardly use spells because my mana is low. I use my bow.

I got a bow about 15 levels ago with a speed of 4, bringing its speed down to 11. Wow I could see the difference in how much quicker that killed than even a bow that hit much harder. So I put a point into bows specialization (after reading it was no longer broken) to drop my bow's speed down 3 points more, to 11. But the animation for my character seems to move at the same pace and as far as I know I am not killing anything faster. No dramatic change, like going from 15 to 11. Noticeable change at all. So I went back to a save and undid the point.

1. Does anybody know if the animations just hit a wall and then don't speed up when you specialize?

2. Same thing with the sounds, which sounds exactly the same after supposedly dropping from 11 to 8 speed but sounded faster dropping from 15 to 11?

3. Has anyone put points into bow specialization and seemed to get any benefit from it?

Honestly I'm wondering if it's still busted or what.
