As per the topic, I'm just wondering something. In the central chamber of the cave is a chest partially hidden by brush. Is there some tricky way of getting to the chest so it can be opened? just one item inside, probably random I'd guess so not a big deal. Still, it's perplexing me.

Don't you just click on it? Alt should reveal the key. I don't specifically recall that section, but the strategy guide (stickied topic) doesn't mention anything special about it.

Yeah, I did check the guide first. As far as i can tell, it's not locked; just can't get close enough to open it.

Are you using a mod?

There are a couple places where there is a hole in the wall, one of these has a statue and huge chest through it, and on my very first play (non EE version) I was able to use my teleporter pyramids to get to these places.

I'm using Epic Encounters mod currently, having played the regular game many times, and now I am unable to get to these places (there is no place to throw the pyramid, or there is but my characters cant move at all once through).

I'm not sure if it the enhanced edition or the mod.

Likely it is the mod - as good as most are, most have at least small bugs.

I'm not sure which chest you are talking about, but if it is because you are unable to get close enough, try using your character with the mind control talent and click the 'look ahead' blue dot, put it on the chest and see if you can move or open it that way.

Actually, neither - it's BD (Beyond Divinity) :) The chest is half visable in a rock wall but there's brush blocking the characters from getting close enough to open it.
