Hey,

Is it normal that I can't activate my Divinity Dragon Commander key? I get an error:
"Code expired on: July 4, 2014"

Is this normal?

Yes. GOG will start accepting the keys tomorrow, about 9AM CET (Brussels time).

Ah ok. I see this nowhere on either website or I'm blind (likely, I wear glasses). Good time to start accepting keys, cause I'm also from Belgium :D.
