I'm sorry about all the questions, but I'm gun shy now about whether something is a bug or not.

I keep track of all of my stats with a pencil and piece of paper at each level up, somehow between level 23 and 24, my agility jumped 20 POINTS and I can't for the life of me remember it happening, and I don't think I ate or drank anything. And I asked for Intelligence from the Wishing Well, so I don't think it was that.

Is there a quest or something that gives you a 20 point agility boost or is this another bug, as somehow the stats got corrupted. FWIW, I am ABSOLUTELY sure of the 20 point addition, because as I said, I keep my stats every level. But I just leveled up to 24, started writing down my stats for this level (bare stats, no modifications from armor or weapons, I unequip everything before I write down my stats), and boom, I noticed it right away. It was a 20 point spike, no question about it.

In addition to being unbreakable, Finnigan's magic lockpicks give you a +20 Agility boost when in your inventory (you can click and drag the lockpicks to see the stat change, but don't drop them on the ground, or they will disappear, at least in the current download versions).

In the updated disk version of the game you could return the lockpicks to complete the quest and then buy them back, but that is not the case in the download versions (so it is better to keep them and leave the quest unfinished).

Well, I just looked in my inventory, and sure enough, I've got Finnigan's magic lockpicks. I have no clue where I got them from though, simply can't remember getting them. If they're in the same place everytime, and somebody, would you tell me to help spark my memory??

And as to the rest of your post, I have no clue which quest you're talking about, but that's OK, not interested in being told about that, as I guess the reason I don't know about the quest is that I haven't received it yet. At least I don't think I have. Goddam memory is just so, so bad now.
The lockpicks were in the city watch building in Verdistis. If you don't have the quest to steal them yet (Finnigan is in the cellar of the Ducal inn), when you get it they might be removed from your inventory and put back in the drawer in the table there (though if you are not going to return them you don't need to accept the quest).
