I ordered one of the mose expensive KS packages, and they shipped my order to some dude in germany and my GOG edition doesn't even have any of the digital goods.

Pathetic.

I am certain Larian will fix this for you, give them a break.

Just look at how busy they have been with all these patches everyday due to the feedback they are getting.

They're bending over backwards to get these out asap (which is probably hell on GOG too lol).

They released 2 patches yesterday alone (and GOG doesn't have the newest one up yet).


I won't lie, if your issue happened to me I can't say I wouldn't be upset too, but try to look how busy this is for them right now. Besides, you should probably contact Larian directly with this, rather than posting it here. It should be resolved quicker that way.

You can get the digital content on the Larian Vault, same as with DOS1 (Zandalor's Underwear and stuff). Just register with the same email used on Kickstarter and you're good to go.

Tbh, that should be a temporary workaround, at best. The game has been released nearly two weeks ago, now. While I'm sure everyone's busy at Larian and GoG, this should have been fixed. Larianvault says the key's is a Digital Collector Edition, it should reflect on GoG and it should be listed as such here, with all the goodie.

Steam jey, on the other hand, seems to fine. It makes GoG looks unprofessional, whether the issue is on their side or on Larian's. It's a minor annoyance, but saying "hey, do to this other website yo download what you should have gotten here" isn't (and shouldn't be) a reasonable solution.

Do we have any official words or ETA on this ?
