Greetings,

Running 3.0.52.425

Character is a female Lizard using Polymorph abilities.

Can usually successfully cast a spell on self once, but after that no spell cast on self works. Shields up doesn't recover armour, horns don't show up, etc.

This is a known issue, though usually a lot less frequent; a save/load should help (though not a great workaround if you have to use it after every self buff/cast).
This should hopefully be fixed in the next update (no ETA); one issue was found which could cause it, and if there are any other triggers, QA should catch them while continuing to test the game.

Is the issue specific to Lizard body types or can other races use it? Just wondering, because if so I will restart but with a different race. Really want to try out the Polymorph tree.

The issue itself is not race specific, though some people have reported it being more common, or exclusively, with a particular character/race.
