So I'm playing for the first time as The Red Prince and I just made it into the Lady Vengeance which I guess is the end of act 1. However, I notice that Sebille's quest still says that I should talk to Stingtail. The first time she asked me to talk to him I said no since it didn't seem like a good idea...but I didn't know it would lock me out of continuing her quest. I reloaded a recent save and had her talk to him but she won't bring up her quest. All I can do is kill him which updates the quest with:"Stingtail is dead and we must look for leads elsewhere" or something like that. My worry is that I won't be able to do her quest because of this once I leave the island. It seems really dumb that I can't talk with Stingtail about her quest after the first time. If anyone knows how to get her quest moving I'd appreciate your advice.

The journal still saying you need to talk to Stingtail once you make it to the Lady Vengeance indeed sounds like a bug, but her quest is not stuck. It will pick up again when you encounter her next person of interest. I think your journal will also get an update at the start of the Act after the Lady Vengeance with more information about what to do.

Thanks, you are right. I just moved on and after reaching the next area she made a comment about her quest and it updated.
