I assume interface designed for FullHD resolution mainly.
On low resolutions, like 1366x768 it's not as fine - during combat notifications and popups (for ex.: Your turn panel) covering too much space on screen. Some UI elements looks excessively big also. Last time similar problems i saw in Arcanum.
Yeah, even on FullHD the Interface is big and cluttered.

There are a lot of differend UI styles involved as well. I like the clean customizeable button bar. There are a lot of floating elements everywhere, maybe move them to the button bar or minimap? The target in the top middle is always in the way where you want to aim/look and some cleanup on statuses is required, because having 5 to 10 effects there is really not looking pretty or comprehensive.

And as a suggestion: introduce a "leave turn mode"-Button so that the player can decide where and when to leave the turn mode after a fight (burning,poisoned chars dieing is still a thing)
