You should mark your title with *Spoiler* to help other players to avoid spoilers if they don't like it.
I:
You will meet Exter several Times, he disappears after reaching reapers coast.
Soo..as long as he don't get killed and you don't become a enemy of his faction you have several chances to buy stuff from him.
II.
You can read infos from limb if one of YOUR Chars is a Elf or a shapechanger. Some Info's only can only be unlocked with your Mainchar.
