Is this price final? I'm asking because it's significantly lower than steam's. Will it stay this low or be raised at launch?

Yes, AFAIK. The price is pretty much the same here (in Canada) between GOG and Steam. If both prices are listed in the same currency, then GOG and Steam may have Argentina included in different price regions.

Oh! I see! thank you so much for your timely response. I didn't know GoG had us on a different price region! I'll be more careful when buying on Steam in the future.
