I noticed that the current hotfix hasn't yet arrived for regular download, only for gog galaxy users.
Is there a download link im missing or when can we expect to download the hotfix?

Manual patches always come after the Galaxy patches, because GOG must decide the form in which to distribute them and then build the manual patches accordingly. In Galaxy, as in Steam, the patches come directly from the developers which is why they come before the manual patches are released.
