My specs are
GTX 750ti
Phenom II 965

I changed graphics from very low to ultra still 20 fps.
Changed resolution to 640x480 still nothing.

Anyone knows what could be the solution ?

The cpu usage is 70% and gpu is around 55% when on high setting and i am still getting 20 fps.

Please don't make duplicate threads.

Are your graphics drivers up to date?
Do you have similar issues on any other game?
Post your complete systems specs or dxdiag log.
