Everything was working great, no problems for 7 hours straight. Then I cleared everything in Fort Joy, killed High Judge Orivand and now everytime I try to enter Fort Joy Square or anywhere near it, the game freezes while processors are still running in the background. Ontop of this, after the escaping Fort Joy part, the game loads saves a lot slower for no apparent reason.

Not sure if Orvivand was the trigger but I've spent the last 3 hours of my evening trying to advance with no avail. I've read some other posters having the issue of slow loads but I'm forced to restart my PC cause of the freezes. Unplayable.

Larian said the memory leak in those savegames was fixed with the last patch (still not here on GOG) Some people said this was not fixed for them but a lot other people said it was. Let's wait and see :S
