You should be reporting this to your failing anti-virus supplier rather than here. Or get one that works.

I am not finding the file language_setup.exe in my installation, which folder is it in? You should upload the file to virustotal.com to see what the aggregate opinion of various tools is. It is probably just a false positive, but maybe you have a malicious install exe; did you download the installer directly from GOG, and did you download the version that installs galaxy?
