This game comes with a couple of mods out of the box (presentbag or giftbag, i dont know the english word). It warns me that I can't deactivate them but I'm wondering if they also deactivate achievements, as some of them seem to be a little too cheaty.

Yes, they do, unfortuantely, even the non-cheaty ones.
