Hello I just bought the DLC but it does not show up, in my DLC list I see only Sir Lora listed and I can't see any of the goodies in the addtional content, so where is it?

The extras should be listed in the library entry for the game, or in Galaxy select the game in the left column, select More and then 'Backups & goodies'.

If there wasn't just a delay before the DLC showed up, try logging out, exit Galaxy and restart, then log back in, or try logging in to the website in a different browser.
If that doesn't get it to show up, please contact GOG support.

Is Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Divine Ascension included already in the Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Eternal Edition. I swear i hate how some companies offer all these different deals but the gog listings don't always tell you if xyz is with abc already. This would be a product i wonder on as well. And it looks just to be fluff art/map/stuff with no ingame content.

Yes. The individual components are listed in the contents, but not identified collectively as the Divine Ascension DLC.

The Sir Lora DLC is in-game content; Divine Ascension is not.
