Not sure if it's just my game or a bug, haven't seen anyone saying anything about this yet, but just in case...
On Fort Joy, right after rescuing Amyro and going back to the cave, speaking to Saheila she just says something like "I sense he's free"... when Amyro is right at her side. They don't interact with each other so the quest cannot advance :( cannot talk with Amyro as well.
[Edit] I kept doing more unrelated quests and in the end I managed to talk with both and finish the quest. Still odd since this quest was before finished right after Amyro reached the cave, but well.
