The editor version available for standalone download in extras is "divinity_original_sin_2_editor_v9.zip" and can be used to create mods only for the classic version of the game. Just to check it, I've created a very simple mod, published it, and it was incompatible with definitive version.

Could you upload editor for definitive version?

Looks like it's out! Thank you GOG and Larian. Also thank you for not incorporating this update into a giant 45 or so gig download.
