Will you ever add Crosssave with the Switch Version? I have the GOG Version of the Game and refuse to buy the switch port because this Feature is only available with the Steam version.

We have discussed this with GOG, but currently they do not have an API that would allow a third party program to manage cloud saves on their system.

Today a Patch for Witcher 3 was released which enabled Cross-save between Switch and GOG. Is there a chance that this API is available to you and you will bring Cross-saves to GOG, too?

We do not have access to this API, so currently there are no plans to add GOG cross save support.

Thanks for the answer. I hope this might change in the future. I'm still interested in the Switch version but this is my personal dealbreaker. :(
