After starting a new game in Definitive Edition, I now can't see the character in the inventory screen. All I can see is black, and at the start you could see a little glimpse of the source collar. The character flashes visible when pressing quick save while in inventory, but all other times the area is black.

Also why are two of my characters avatars grey? It happened after I respeced on the lady vengeance.
