THis seems to happen a lot, especially when I'm passing something between characters, but in general I seem to be missing things from time to time.

Most recently, Ifar received his special crossbow from the undead mercahnt in the swamp, but by the time I got to my next battle it was gone, not in anyone's inventory. I've noticed things just not being there when I go to use them -- weapons, especially.
