Hi everyone!
I've noticed that the achievements stopped to appear after finishing the Chapter One. That is, I have them for completing the Ch1, Convincing, Reaper's Eye, Thunders of the Upper Deep and no more. Receiving the Hero status for the first time did not trigger the achievement and now I confirmed by not getting the Gladiator one.
Restarting the Galaxy did not help, all the services are running and not blocked.
Please advise

UPD: A new profile seemed to correct the issue. Case is closed, sorry
