The following fixed it for me:
AMD 7900X CPU + Nvidia RTX 3600Ti (+Windows 11, I don't know if that's relevant)
-> Disable the AMD iGPU in BIOS + Uninstall AMD iGPU driver

Alternative that also might be worth trying:

In Device-Manager: Disable AMD GPU (onboard GPU) and uninstall the drivers right there (you will be asked when you disable it).

I did not need to disable it in BIOS, the game runs now.
