I hadn't played much of it when I bought it on release but when I launched it again I got some terrible stuff happening:
1 Starts in windowed mode (after deleting the save data folder it even had a really high windowed resolution)
2 It goes directly to the create character menu
3 I can't go back to main menu (I remember I could)
4 When using a tweaked character I can only use the highest or lowest value for each stat, nothing in between
5 in game I can't go back to the main menu (or any kind of menu whatsoever)

Someone else has this? SOmeone knows how to fix this?

Wow, ok, putting the "solution" here in case someone is in the same situation:
unplug the Switch Pro controller you've put there to recharge.
