Problem Description: I wanted to download and play the game again after some months. When I went to my website library the installer revision says 001f62c3 which certainly can't be the most current version. I read the STICKY: Changelog and found there must be a more current revision for them. Those and some patches mentioned in this topic aren't available either but that's a different problem. Trying to install the game with this installer doesn't even work. I can't get past the initial setup screen.

Question: Where do I get the most current revision of the offline files?
