Does the game now have it and is the control any good?

It does support contollers now, yes.

Good is subjective and I only just started, but it seems quite brilliant. Very slow, very deep. It's not an action game, but a very well written story-dialogue game

I have tried with DS4 Windows and have turned off Steam, but I can not get my PS4 controller to work it.
