Title is the only question really! Where is this patch on GOG; or better when will it be here, if ever!?

It appears that they have once again skipped giving out a patch. So you'll have to grab the full version again.

They released another patch since then, so it wouldn't surprise me if this happened again (I skipped the last update, bit the bullet this time and just grabbed the whole thing again).

It'd be good if they'd provide patches every time, so we wouldn't have to re-download the whole thing every now and then.

GOG took over a day to merely release the game, and even longer to enable macOS download. I am wondering if it is a GOG issue—being slow—or, in this case, if ZA/UM is skipping patches via GOG for some reason. I tweeted at them with the same question, but will have to wait through the week to see if this gets resolved. IF any response, I will post.

Cool, it'd be interesting to hear any response on this.

I know that in some cases it's most definitely the devs fault - for Space Rangers 2 the devs didn't actually give GOG the patch for something like 6 months, and it was < 20 MB in size IIRC!

But I also know that GOG has its own "review process", they have to package things up into their installers/Galaxy, and I don't think they work weekends so if they get a patch on Friday it probably won't get published by GOG until the following Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. They seem to have improved this a lot recently - at least most of the time, for most games - but it definitely appears to be a slower process than with Steam.

For what it’s worth, the patch did come out. I did install it. Now it doesn’t even get to the title screen; instead, just crashes on load. (10.13.6)

Dafuq?

I grabbed the latest full version install just a few days ago, and that one definitely worked fine for me. Hopefully you can get it working without having to download the whole thing again though...

I cannot get the game to work either and do not understand the lack of response here.

The developer is active on Steam but it appears no one—not the dev nor GOG support—are active on the GOG forums.
