so i start up the game there is a loading screen and then there is just a black screen with a game cursor i can also hear menu music is there any way to fix this?

just so you know my system specs are: 4gb's of ram,2.0 Ghz of CPU and GPU, 271 MBS of vram and i use intel integrated graphics

Set Shader Quality to "Brilliant". Set resolution to 1920x1080. Set Environment FX to Low. Set Dialogue Text size to minimum. Set Dyslexic Font Off.
