The screen flickers black for a second and get back to desktop,changing settings(even audio settings) in game folder and changing compability mode didn't worked...

Try this patch https://verokster.blogspot.com/2019/03/disciples-i-ii-gl-wrapper-patch.html
But first, uncheck Direct3D option in ConfigEditor.exe, and remove all compability modes

If even that wouldn't help, then open Disciple.ini find Renderer=0 and change it to Renderer=4 to switch game rendering from OpenGL to regular GDI
