Words cannot describe how furious and frustrated I am right now. I'm being flooded by the enemies' low level heroes that somehow magically level up their units to level 2 without any NPC to get xp on, fucking cheaters, and spamming high level summons to easily eradicate my city defenses. I've been playing it for 100 turns and I'm still getting pummeled. Help.

Nvm, I managed to do this myself.

The game may not be cheating. I've seen AI opponents find in map training camps and upgrade their forces within a few turns. If you can reduce their resources with staves or by creating heroes to hold cities then it will help. Also diplomacy may help depending on the mission your playing. If there is a third party you might be able to make him an ally and reduce the attention given to your forces.

Well i would still believe the AI is cheating, for two reasons;

1) buying experience constantly will/should break your bank, no matter how many gold mines you have.

2) buying experience does not upgrade your units, you still have to find a weak target, i don't see how it possible the AI can constantly find weak targets and never run out!

However we do need our AI's to cheat in order to give us the challenge we want, but just let us not kid ourselves the AI is 'not' cheating.
