I have been a fan of this series for a long time, one of my all time favourites.
Bought D1 and D2 on the most recent gog sale.

I have skimmed through posts on forum here and I was wondering if there's a good soul to share with me
can I play gog versions in the state as they come. I mean I know I can play them, they run perfectly fine, but
I want to know are there any patches, updates that I need to install. Anything that will save me from trouble down the road.
Also if there are any good custom fan made quests and/or campaigns.

Currently GOG bring back 12 stock heroes to GR. But miss it for GOG Galaxy build - only in Offline. One official map still missing (Impire.sg). Main menu file is from 2.01 - mistake from every Gold starting fro. CD (not for EU 8 CD ver).

For ROTE GOG miss Gold content and 3.01 patch. Can be fixed by installing Gold upgrade from near topic and later install 3.01 update. Using regeditor is possible to install also retail 2.02 for GR. Dont forget to back up DRM-free exe files - they all correct 2.02/3.01.

Cant say exact reg string right now. I put somewhere link to some Disciples content missed in Steam or in GOG (steam use wrong exe in general correct versions).
