There is only 1 thing i would like to know about disciples3.... is it as hard as disciples 2?

I loved disciples gold, but i found disciples 2 was just too draining, i mean every which way you turn it has to be such a hard fight, it's tiring and i would never have bought disciples 2 if i knew it was like that.

It's way more grind intensive and you will crawl a LOT before you can run, because the early level XP caps have been borked in some of the missions, where your units will level up without upgrading for 3 levels, which is one of the dumbest design decisions I've ever heard in my life.
