I used the settings that most people suggested for playing this game on Windows 10. I played it in Windowed mode, Windows XP compabiltiy, reduced color 16 bit, no Direct 3D checked etc. Everything was normal when I was in the menu. However, the game-play was sluggish and I can't use the mouse to scroll across the mouse in the left and down direction ( I can only rely on arrow keys on the keyboard for moving across the map).
