Hey guys, I have a problem: I just bought Disciples: Sacred Lands, but when I try to run it, I simply get a black screen. I can see the Windows 7 "loading cursor", but apart from that nothing happens - and the game is obviously not loading.

What am I doing wrong? Please help :(

I'm running Windows 7, my graphics card is an nVidia GeForce 9600GT

First there is a file, in your start menu under GOG and Disciples, called Disciples Config. open that and change what you need to. After that I would ensure you are running as an admin. and compat. mode as Disciples 1 is noted to be "not compatbible with Win 7." Lastly, before playing the game on your desktop R click and open your screen resolution page. For some uknown to me reason this page seems to help eliminate any little graphic ghosts/bugs for many titles including Diablo.
