Will the game ever get an update for this language? could we get subtitles in spanish too?

PC version of the game was never translated into any languages other than English, Japanese, and Russian to the best of my knowledge. Any other translations were either unauthorized pirate ones or ripped from the PS1 version or just PS1 emulated version bundled with the emulator.
