I tried out Dino Crisis GOG for PC to play on my Rog Ally. The game stutters like hell, even animations are skippy. It is not a smooth experience. The same on my laptop. So here is my question, is it ment to be like this? Is this how the pc port back in the days worked? And can something be done about it? I own the dreamcast port, and besides the ignorance of the z buffer, the dreamcast version is a lot smoother.
