Ah I should have been more specific. I didn't actually travel to another game map (I stayed in the same one) - I just went to an area a bit away from her so that I could rearm.

Hmm but you said after you completed the quest - maybe a hint that she shows back up under her previous command... might have to try and find her again... (quit last night getting my ass handed to me in The Abyss - will try again tonight).
