Hi.
There is a bug with hospital animation, where a Diggle will often not lie on the table, essentially causing the whole "making life" to repeat, until it randomly works. The Diggle 1, can't lie on the table, while the one performing healing is constantly switching hats in a loop. It's a problem, because the building essentially doesn't work 95% of the time.
Easiest way to check
1. qnew Reaktor
2. qnew Krankenhause, tick healing on
3. qnew Troll
spawn like 2 or 3, to get the dwarves beat up, then observe.
