Anyone tried it on win 11?
I have old CD copy of DBTS and recently i had issues running it on Win7 (a few years ago it worked fine, some system update must have changed something). So I'm assuming it would be even harder to run it on win 11.
My question is: has anybody successfully run GOG version on win 11? I'm considering buying ot here if it will be much easier than using old cd.
Looks like nobody reads this forum anymore, so bought the game. I can confirm it works on win11 but you must install xtended mod. If it is critical for the game to function I feel like it should be integrated into GOG version...

Not nobody, but its probably not very active part of the forum ;) I am still on win10 but also without mod it was simply impossible to play :/
I literally was just about to ask if the main menu was supposed to have framerte issues. Good timing.
Where do you get the mod?

Also how are the controls on this game? I remember using the number key pad on my PC but now I have a laptop.

You can just google it.
Here is one of the links I found: https://www.moddb.com/mods/die-by-the-sword-xtended

As for controls, I usually played with the mouse, but on my new laptop I'm using number key pad.
I feel like I wouldn't be able to use a laptop without number keypad, so It's one of the first things I've checked before buying it.
You can always buy an external keyboard.
