I really would enjoy this game much more if it had mouselook. is there some kind of mod out there that enables that? i hate turning with the keyboard.

I don't think there's a mod like that. I wouldn't make much sense anyway since you need one hand to move your character and one hand to control the sword arm so unless you've three arms you won't be able to use the mouse anyway...
