Hello!

Are there any particular features you want for the upcoming D4? I personally want them to bring back all the classes. I kinda missed the D2 classes when playing D3 (although they did bring back the necromancer). Although I really did enjoy D3's witch doctor. Using stain glass windows for ability icons was a nice touch.

Edit: I also want controller support. My hands are getting cramps from using M/KB so much.

Yeah, playing D3 with mouse was kinda itchy. I was constantly either clicking objects or holding the left button in order to move. I wouldn't mind touchscreen/controller-friendly environment. I also wouldn't mind some optional gameplay tweaks, like having an option for the game to automatically equip better-rating items on pickup (depending on what you choose as rating), etc.

But my guess is we have to wait for beta testing to begin in order to get more realistic with our "wishlists" :)
An offline, DRM-free release. Not relying in any way on the Blizzard client, not even for download or installation.
Including LAN and TCP/IP multiplayer without the requirement to go through a Blizzard server.

Failing to provide any of this would mean I will neither buy nor play Diablo Ⅳ.
My wish list:

1) Skill system very similar to D2. The skill points system, the skill trees, the skill synergies, fire vs cold vs electricity vs physical vs magical vs poison damages, etc.

Not that I'm an all-experienced ACRPG gamer or anything, but the D2 skill system is the best, imho. Simple and deep all at the same time. The same class could have two different builds, and they would play completely different, yet still be the same class. Absolutely brilliant.

2) Joinable companions, ala the classic Baldur's Gate games. Perhaps up to a couple NPCs be allowed to join, each with a class and personality that will interact with what's going on throughout the game?

3) Lots of story and acts and quests, again along the lines of the classic BG games.

4) Artwork: I loved the darkness of D1, but I also loved the artwork of D3 (gasp!). I found D3 the least fun of the three Diablos, but that game is frickin' gorgeous imho. Also, I love the hand-painted screens in the classic BG games, more so than the auto-generated world screens of D1 and D2, while preferring the darkness of the first two Diablos (especially D1). Darkness is Diablo! So... that please lol.

I like hand painted graphics, too!
