I like the look of this game so I am going back to play it but which version should I play. I liked Belzebud because its the most like the original game and also the zoom option adds quality for me, but you just cant save it. This is why I downloaded hellfire right here on GOG because i was told you can save the game but I just don't like the zoomed in effect of the graphics is there a way to fix/modify this?

Is there a way to get belzebub working with the latest official version 1.09 as I notice you can save with this official patch. But I like the HD improvement on bezlebub.

Belzebub isn't so much a mod as much as it is an entirely new game from scratch that uses the same graphics. So don't think of it as working together with any other version, it is its own thing. Diablo never had support for mods, instead, people change the game and replace it. Or in Belzebub's case, make something from scratch.
