Has anybody been able to get pass the UDP packets for ports 6112 / 6119 message?

My router IS setup for those ports as is my Window Defender Firewall

Running Windows 100 64 bit

I'm at my wits end. I can do LAN but I can't BNET and it's ***ng me off... I don't see what I'm overlooking.

Yes, without a hitch. I only set it up on my router, and it's been working fine for me. I think I only opened it for 6112, and that was sufficient.
The error message goes away for me when I exit and re-enter Battle Net after receiving the message.
So i just bought the game, i already have a lvl 29 warrior and wanted to play online.

The UDP issue is unsolveable for me, but it says i can chat at the b.net, but every time i log in it is completely empty.

Is B.net dead? Where can i play it online???

It works just fine. I've been playing on battle.net all week.

But there are hardly any players these days - the game is 23 years old. I've encountered only 5 different players in the past week. Two were mostly just trying it out and left pretty much immediately. I only ever saw one game I could join, but then could not actually join it because of high latency to that player. IIRC, the system also filters out game lobbies that are outside of your level/difficulty range.

Too bad the scene is dead even after the gog release, isn any other server with more people playing it?
If your still having issues with port forwarding give the article on D1Legit.com a read:

https://d1legit.com/2019/04/04/diablo-1-connecting-to-battle-net-gog-net-with-v1-09b/

I have followed that and it solved all my issues connecting to battle.net and hosting games...
