Hello I get a port 6112 error when trying to connect on battle net, I only need battlenet to have access to difficulty modes. I have no idea about hpw to fix this error.
Ignore the error message, as long as you configured everything correctly you should have full access to battle.net.
you need to configure your router to forward that port on your pcs local ip address. in order to access that, you need to open your router`s firmware on 192.168.0.1. at least that is the ip address of my router, yours could have something else but, always 192.168.

I have access to chat and messaging, but I cannot create games. I have the latest version of windows 10 installed.

Access your router (like andreasaspenberg2 said) and configure the ports mentioned in this article: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7842

If you've already done that, then configure your firewall for the same ports as well.

Thank you very ùmuch, it was a bit complicated because I had to create a static ip through my livebox, select it, then create a news entry in NAT/pat to allow port 6112.

I followed this tutorial:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A59osp2gl5g

I Get the same error! :(
If you don't care about playing online with other people, then choose one of the other multiplayer modes, such as Direct Connect. It will still be considered multiplayer (so you get difficulty levels, minimal quests, always-available entrances to Catacombs/Caves/Hell), but it won't require solving the battle.net error message or even require a working Internet connection.
