RyanFialcowitz: Here are some Hellfire mods I've collected over the years. I'm not sure how widely known they are so I thought I'd post them here.

Hellfire v1.02
1.) Enables multiplayer.

2.) Fixes a bug where numerous unique items could never drop.

Diablo Stash
1.) Enables an option with Gillian to store items. This does mess with her dialog though. If you configure it properly you can also use it to transfer items between single & multiplayer.

Character & Quest Unlocker
1.) A couple of batch files for enabling/disabling the cow quest & the hidden classes. This is useful because there's a different quest reward & Na-Krul has different dialog depending on whether or not the quest is enabled.

How do i go about installing these mods? i played the original Diablo to hell and back when i was a kid but this is my first time really getting into Hellfire. ive never really gotten into modding in the past so have next to no experience with it.

So, I'm having problems getting it to work. It seems nothing has changed. How do you install it on the GOG Hellfire version?

shannonsminion: So, I'm having problems getting it to work. It seems nothing has changed. How do you install it on the GOG Hellfire version?

All the points mentioned here are covered by DevilutionX and the author of Hellfire v1.02 also recommends switching to DevilutionX. Setting it up is also an easier process as it will automatically locate you GOG installation so all you have to do is run it, and quests and characters are part of the settings menu so you don't need to manipulate external files or run scripts or provide arguments to the game like with the older solutions.
