I play the game and it crashes and it doesn't save. I try to go to the saved game and it goes back to the start.. Is there a patch that can fix these problems and if there is how do I get them?

In Single Player, the game saves when you tell it to save. In Multi Player, the game saves when it chooses, but generally often enough. What are you doing when the game crashes?
