Hey :) Please try using THIS solution from one of our users.
Alternatively, try starting the game via "Diablo.exe" as Administrator (right-click on the file and select "Run as Administrator"), which is located in the game's folder.

Still no succses with the link.But i directly launched the exe and the game started just right.
