Please open a case with support. You have not provided enough information that we can help you, but they should be able to ask for the right information.

I just opened using the .exe in the folder.

Good to see you found a workaround. The game should be runnable via Galaxy as well as direct though. If Galaxy doesn't work for you, that's still worth trying to fix, even though you can run the game directly.
